Group Change
Our Approach
Creating change in your organization or workgroup is a challenging and necessary task. The initial consulting phase for group change always requires that we work hard to thoroughly understand the challenge. Each individual within a group often defines the problem differently, so it is important to understand where the disconnect is between members of the group.
After the initial assessment, we meet with leaders and key stakeholders in order to provide feedback and collaborate on a plan for addressing your concerns. The plan can include guidance for leadership-directed change work, or direct involvement utilizing our group facilitation services or professional development workshops. Whatever the interventions are for your unique situation, our work is guided by six attitudes:

Group change consulting is different from conventional consulting for groups because it is grounded in authentic human interaction rather than insincere and superficial buzzwords that ignore the complexity of the human experience. We use measurable outcomes to evaluate our progress, however, the work itself honors the immeasurable complexity that each group member brings to the table.
Facilitator Training
In addition to our direct group facilitation service, we also offer facilitator training so that your organization can begin developing in parallel to a self-generated, proprietary curriculum. Facilitator training is done in groups, contact us to find out when the next group starts.
Worksheets and Handouts
Face-to-face interaction is the gold standard for creating change in groups, however we provide customizable worksheets and handouts as appropriate in order to facilitate cost-effective, sustainable change within your organization.
